Currently serving as Senior Counsel at Horace Mann since January 2022, Jerry Vang provides legal advice on privacy laws, regulatory compliance, and human resources matters while supporting compliance with HIPAA and the California Consumer Privacy Act. Prior to this role, Jerry Vang held various positions, including Attorney and Privacy Officer at Madison National Life Insurance Company, where responsibilities included drafting legal documents and responding to privacy inquiries. With a background in compliance roles at Dean Health Plan and other organizations, Jerry Vang has a strong foundation in both legal and administrative functions, complemented by a Doctor of Law from the University of Wisconsin Law School.
