IT Director, Document Services at Horace Mann

Joseph Cantrell has a strong background in IT and Quality Assurance. Joseph started their career in 2005 as a Quality Assurance Analyst at Express Employment Professionals, where they focused on software testing and automated test scripts. In 2006, they joined Horace Mann as a Quality Assurance Analyst and later progressed to roles such as IT Manager, Quality Assurance and IT Manager, Enterprise Portal. In their most recent position at Horace Mann as IT Director, Document Services, they were responsible for overseeing customer and agent web services and systems. Throughout their career, Joseph has demonstrated a commitment to improving processes and enhancing application quality and availability.

Joseph Cantrell attended Western Illinois University from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
