Kurt Luethy

Kurt Luethy is an experienced claims management professional currently serving as Claims Manager at Horace Mann, overseeing national desk review and field appraisal teams since April 2015. With a diverse background in the automotive industry, Kurt has previously held roles such as Desk Review Team Supervisor and Senior Physical Damage Specialist. Prior experience includes ownership of Wreckteck Paint & Body, management positions at Pro 1 Certified Collision and Southwest Collision Service Center, and account management at State Farm Insurance's Al Clark Agency, where significant sales achievements were made. Additionally, Kurt spent over a decade at Allstate managing claims, with roles in Total Theft and Total Loss management, and began a career in automotive repair as a vocational instructor at Aurora Public Schools and as an auto body mechanic for the Denver Regional Transportation District and the United States Air Force. Kurt holds a degree in Automotive Collision Repair from Warren Occupational Technical Center and a high school diploma from Columbine High School.
