Lacy Walters

Lacy Walters, RACR, currently serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition and Workforce at Horace Mann since August 2023, having previously held the position of Manager in the same department. Prior to this role, Lacy Walters worked at Hospital Sisters Health System from October 2018 to August 2023, advancing through roles such as System Manager, Talent Acquisition, Team Lead for Talent Acquisition Workforce Strategies/Sourcing, and Talent Sourcing Strategist. Lacy Walters also gained experience at Buco Services Ltd from May 2012 to October 2018, serving as Vice-President and Operations Manager.
