Neil Alcorn is an accomplished executive technology leader with extensive experience in operations, business intelligence, and continuous improvement. Currently serving as the Director of IT Digital Operations at Horace Mann, Neil drives stability and enhances digital platforms while promoting a culture of continuous improvement. Previously, as the Director of Data & Analytics at GROWMARK, Neil led transformative initiatives to strengthen data governance and data literacy across the organization. Neil also held managerial roles at COUNTRY Financial®, where they collaborated with executives to optimize business processes and improve operational efficiency. As President of the LOMA Society of Central Illinois, Neil contributed to professional development opportunities for regional members from a global perspective.
