Silje Algrøy

Silje Algrøy's work experience includes serving as the Chief Compliance Officer at Horde since April 2020. Prior to this role, they worked at Retro Bergen AS, where they were a Department Manager from April 2016 to March 2020 and a Sales Assistant from February 2014 to April 2016. Silje also worked at CCB - Coast Center Base as a Warehouse Operator from June 2009 to December 2011.

Silje Algrøy has a solid educational background with a focus on law and international studies. Silje obtained their Bachelor's degree from Telemark University College in the Gateway College NYC program in 2009. Afterward, they pursued further studies in law at the University of Bergen (UiB), where they completed their Master's degree from 2010 to 2016. In 2014, Silje Algrøy also had the opportunity to study international law and legal studies at the Universidad Pontificia Comillas as part of a Master's degree program. Additionally, they participated in a year-long study abroad program at Saint Paul Lutheran High in Concordia, Missouri, in 2006 and 2007, where they focused on general studies.
