David Weeks

David Weeks is a co-founder and advisor at the Horizon Academic Research Program, which assists students globally in developing undergraduate-level research projects. They previously held the role of president at the National High School Debate League of China, co-founding the largest foreign language high school debate association in the world. David also co-founded Sunrise International, a global enterprise focused on cross-border marketing and VR/AR technology. Their academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in East Asian Studies and Political Science from Swarthmore College, along with study at The University of Texas at Austin and East China Normal University. David has contributed to analysis and research in various roles, including as an instructor at Stanford National Forensic Institute and as a research assistant at the Foreign Policy Research Institute.
