A founder can nail the pitch and still lose the room the moment an investor opens the financial model. At Horizon Consulting, we make sure the numbers hold up under that questioning.

We work with founders to build the financial models behind their raise, from first projections to an investor-ready model they can walk through line by line and defend with confidence. The goal is simple: that you go into pre-seed and seed conversations with numbers you can stand behind, not just present.

Backed by 7+ years in financial planning & analysis across multinational Oil & Gas, Consulting, Banking and Solar Energy we bring institutional rigor to early-stage founders translated into something practical and investor-ready.

What we do:
• Investor-ready financial models — revenue build, unit economics, runway
• Forecasts and scenario analysis that survive scrutiny
• Profitability and performance frameworks that prove you know your business cold

Working with founders across US, UK, EU, and MENA.
Raising soon? Get in touch — we're glad to look over your model and share where investors are likely to dig in.
