Centrally located in downtown Muncie, the Horizon Convention Center provides its clients with an elegant venue for conventions, weddings and events. The building, complemented by its glass-enclosed pavilion, outdoor terrace and classical interior design, offers the perfect setting for such functions. The facility consists of 47,000 square feet of sophisticated and modern meeting space.
Attendees and families staying at the Courtyard by Marriott Muncie hotel, adjacent to the Horizon Convention Center, have immediate access to downtown amenities, including a diverse selection of restaurants, bars, shops, galleries and the attached Muncie Children’s Museum. Ball State University, Minnetrista, the International Headquarters of the Academy of Model Aeronautics and many other attractions are only a short drive from downtown.
Additionally, the Horizon Convention Center is a half-day's drive from 60 percent of the nation's population and less than an hour's drive from Indianapolis, making it a prime location for visitors from all areas of the country.
The staff is highly dedicated to providing a personalized experience for each client. Through this approach, Horizon Convention Center creates events while connecting people.
