Horizon Environment Corp. (HEC) was formed in 2024 by Founders Danny Lajoie and Emily Harrison, in affiliation with Horizon Compliance Group Inc. (Horizon Compliance). 

HEC is a seasoned collective of specialists from various biophysical disciplines dedicated to supporting all project phases. Our multi-disciplinary team comprises Biologists, Ecologists and Agrologists with expertise in soils, vegetation, wetlands, aquatics, fisheries and wildlife, ensuring comprehensive support for our clients' environmental assessment, monitoring, and regulatory application needs.
