Horizon is the first 360° AI Decision Context Engine built exclusively for investors.

We transform how venture capital and M&A firms source opportunities, conduct diligence, and manage portfolios. Horizon unifyies market signals, pipeline data, and portfolio intelligence into a single, thesis-driven platform. From dealflow to exit, Horizon surfaces what matters, when it matters.

Built on a proprietary neuro-symbolic architecture, Horizon goes beyond generic AI. By combining deterministic symbolic reasoning with neural pattern recognition, our engine delivers insights that are precise, explainable, designed for SOC-2, enterprise-ready, and fully auditable.

Investment funds customize Horizon with their specific investment thesis, turning their strategy into an operational advantage. Our Agent-as-a-Service platform automates the full deal lifecycle: sourcing, diligence, scoring, portfolio monitoring, and reporting, including IC memos and LP letters.

Operating at the intersection of AI and finance, we serve VC firms today and are expanding into M&A, private equity, and broader financial verticals. Our team brings deep expertise in AI, enterprise software, and investment management, backed by advisors from MIT, Google, Snap, and McKinsey.
