On a daily basis, our team analyzes markets & deals to find great STR investment opportunities. We use investors money to acquire existing properties or build new, unique properties that provide guests with the best possible vacation experience.

From the first moment we set eyes on a new property (or build site) we have the guest experience in mind. We don’t just offer a place to sleep. We focus on creating backdrops for your vacation so that you and you friends & family can create lifelong memories.

As a team, we pride ourselves in providing the little features that make each guest feel cared for. This is our passion, and we’re grateful to have found a win-win scenario where we can live our passion while simultaneously generating you strong, passive returns.
