Horizon Recruitment is a recruitment agency with offices in Hong Kong, London & Singapore specialising in placing candidates into private practice, in-house, compliance and government relations roles between Asia, Europe and the US.

We are not, and do not endeavour to be the largest recruitment firm. Our goal is to be the agency of choice for exceptional talent looking for opportunities in elite international law firms and in-house roles.

We headhunt the very best talent globally for both private practice (Am Law 100, Big Law, Magic Circle) and in-house clients for their international operations.

We have a track record of headhunting specific individuals and teams for our clients to fit both permanent and contract roles in APAC, Europe and the US on a contingent and retained basis.

Horizon Recruitment maintains long-term relationships with our clients founded on openness, accessibility and local market knowledge. Our knowledge of the legal and compliance industry allows us to offer a targeted and efficient solution to executive search for clients and candidates.

Our clients include leading domestic and international law firms, global financial institutions and multinational corporations. Our search is global.
