At Horizon we work with clients - both in the public and private sector - utilising our iClarity Platform to implement rapidly a wide range of Social CRM, Customer Acquisition and Retention solutions.
Most companies describe themselves as Business to Business (B2B) or Business to Consumer (B2C) when talking about to whom they sell their products / services and direct their marketing efforts. B2B2C Companies distribute their products and services through intermediaries; they sell to another business that in turn resells to the consumer, and succeeding in that complex marketing environment requires some very special skills.
Unlike traditional marketing automation for B2B or B2C segments, B2B2C requires a special type of marketing automation platform to deploy marketing programs and materials locally that manages brand compliance.

B2B2C Marketing
iClarity B2B2C Marketing Automation Platform allows marketing centers to create a B2B2C marketing plan that takes into account the potential three- or four-way (manufacturer, wholesaler, retailer, customer) conversation necessary to create relationships in a wide- open marketing environment.
Marketing and operations automation helps by providing a consistent platform for all stakeholders to refer to as a guide for marketing and sales activities. When the system is set up, the marketing operation can define overall brand guide-lines.
iClarity B2B2C Marketing Automation Platform can take over some of the traditional tasks of the intermediary, with services such as programmed responses, drip marketing and social media monitoring.
One database, controlled by the product provider and accessed selectively by everyone involved, provides a huge depth of benefits.
Marketing automation frees everyone, including intermediaries, from routine tasks and allows them to focus on other core activities that are becoming continually more critical as the marketing environment continues to evolve.
