Pam Butkowski

Pam Butkowski currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Delivery at Horizontal Digital since March 2025 and is recognized as a DPM Expert at The Digital Project Manager since November 2020. With extensive experience in digital project management, Pam has held senior leadership roles at Hero Digital, where responsibilities included overseeing a $100M+ client portfolio and leading Delivery Management strategies, and at AIM Consulting Group, where Pam established a team focused on agile and product management consulting. Pam's earlier positions include leadership roles at Wunderman Thompson and The Nerdery, culminating in a strong foundation in project management, delivery strategies, and client relationship management. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications with a focus on Advertising and Public Relations from St. Cloud State University and additional studies at the University of Minnesota Duluth.
