Staci Carpenter

Staci Carpenter is a seasoned professional in design and creative direction, currently serving as a Senior Experience/UI Designer at Horizontal Digital since October 2025. With a background that includes founding StaciDesign as a Freelance Designer & Photographer in January 2009, Staci has extensive experience in leading design initiatives across various organizations. Previously, Staci held the position of Creative Director at Leadpages, where significant achievements included spearheading a company-wide rebrand and enhancing marketing performance through strategic design systems. Staci's career also features roles as Lead Product Designer, UX Designer, and Designer at notable firms such as Viewpost and Orangeseed, showcasing a diverse skill set that encompasses digital, interactive, and print design solutions. Staci earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from the University of Wisconsin-Stout in 2010.
