Currently serving as a Technical Recruiter at Horizontal Talent since July 2018, Jacob manages the full recruitment cycle while ensuring compliance with quality metrics and delivering a high-quality recruitment experience. Jacob has also facilitated collaboration among a large Technical Recruiting team and contributed strategic insights during leadership planning sessions. Prior to this role, Jacob was a Social Media/Marketing Manager at Never Peak Products, where responsibilities included enhancing brand presence and engagement across various social media platforms. Earlier career experience at Life Time Inc. involved roles focused on children's activities, culminating in management positions. Jacob holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
