Jacob Samuelson

Jacob Samuelson has held various roles in industrial engineering and continuous improvement, including the position of Continuous Improvement Manager at Hormel Foods since August 2021. Prior experience includes roles such as Industrial Engineer I and Associate Industrial Engineer at the same company. Jacob served as the Grievance Chair for the Phi Kappa Psi fraternity, where responsibilities included resolving disputes in accordance with fraternal bylaws. Additionally, Jacob has undertaken co-op positions at LiDestri Food and Drink, AVANGRID, and QuEST Global, where skills in operational excellence, statistical analysis, and process improvement were applied. Jacob began a professional journey with an engineering internship at Cummins Jamestown Engine Plant and previously worked as a General Employee at Jamestown Ice and Storage. Academic credentials include a Master of Engineering in Engineering Management and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering, both obtained from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
