Horn Risk Management (HRM) is the leading Somali-owned and Somalia-based company providing risk management, security and logistics services including training in South Central Somalia, Somaliland and Puntland. 

We are the Somalia teaming partner of Constellis, a world leading risk management and crisis response company. HRM was founded in 2012 in response to growing demand for professional security and risk management services able to operate safely and effectively in the challenging and varied circumstances of Somalia. Our high calibre management team comprises Somalis and non-Somalis with extensive experience in this sector. 

We provide unique risk, security and logistics services throughout Somalia with offices in Hargeisa (Somaliland), Garowe (Puntland) and Mogadishu (South Central). HRM is a registered company in Somalia and Somaliland with 200 staff across Somalia.
