Horonda Platform is a Ukraine–EU infrastructure platform in Transcarpathia, combining rail-connected logistics, ready-to-build industrial land, and energy resilience in one strategic site.

The platform is structured around three connected systems: Horonda Port, Horonda Park, and Horonda Energy. Together, they create a cross-border base for logistics operators, industrial residents, investors, and strategic partners entering Ukraine’s recovery economy.

Located near Ukraine’s western EU border, Horonda brings together terminal land with rail access, a 35 ha industrial park development area, and a dedicated 25 MW energy layer, with €100M+ total platform CAPEX.

Horonda is prepared for qualified investor and partner due diligence.
