Leonel Simões is currently the Director of the Manufacturing Department and Head of Ecosystem Development at HORSE, where they lead initiatives in the smart lab at Aveiro. Previously, they held various roles at Renault Group, including Head of Ecosystem & Business Development and Projects Quality Manager, managing quality across different phases of manufacturing. Leonel is pursuing a Mechanical Engineering degree at Universidade de Aveiro.
