Jen Smith

Jen Smith has over a decade of experience in online marketing and customer relations. Currently serving as an Online Marketing professional at JobsTheWord since March 2011, Jen engages with individuals relevant to job advertisements. Prior to this role, Jen worked as a Merchant Advisor at Ethecol and spent over eight years at Scottish Power as a Customer Relations Representative, managing interactions with both business and domestic customers on billing and service issues.
