Horus Recruiting is an embedded recruiting partner built by operators, for operators. We specialize in scaling high-performing teams by embedding seasoned recruiters directly into your organization, bringing the same level of care, speed, and precision we honed while hiring at companies like DoorDash, Plaid, Discord, Figma, Amazon, Twitter, Meta, and more.

Our team includes full-cycle recruiters, sourcers, and recruiting coordinators who can plug into your team at any stage, from pre-seed through IPO. Whether you're making your first key hires or scaling across functions, we adapt quickly and act as a true extension of your internal team.

We’ve worked in every major ATS, including Ashby, Greenhouse, and Lever, and we’re power users of tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Juicebox, Humanly, and more. We not only know how to use these tools, we know how to integrate them into your stack and optimize your recruiting workflows to drive better results, faster.

Our flexible model allows you to scale recruiting efforts up or down as needed, while benefiting from our deep expertise in process design, tooling, and talent strategy. At Horus, we don’t just fill roles, we build recruiting operations that last.
