Established in 2007, the Hospice Foundation (HF) is a supporting foundation of the Center for Hospice Care (CHC) which was established in 1978 as an independent, community-based, not-for-profit organization. CHC is dedicated to improving the quality of living through hospice, home health, grief counseling, and community education.
