Our care is warm, skilled, and compassionate. We are dedicated to support living every day to the fullest with dignity and meaning. Our care is in your community created and supported by your community, right here, right now - whenever you need it.

All of our services are offered at no cost to the individual thanks to the generosity of our donors, government funding and the support of our community partners in Guelph and Wellington County. We are also indebted to the remarkable individuals who volunteer their time to support us in every aspect of our care. Important discussions across the healthcare sector are under way to provide opportunities to serve you even better. 

We offer a fully accessible environment and encourage visitors or clients with any specific supports that require accommodation to contact us to help facilitate accessing our services.
