Redefining the hospitality industry.

Venue Development + Catering + Hospitality Endeavors

Someone once said if you aim at nothing, you’ll hit it every time. So for us, when we say “redefining the hospitality industry” that is our aim, not our claim. Ours is a collective of brands that strive to bring a fresh experience to the world of hospitality and special events. After opening the catering company roomforty, H.C. founder Steve Fortunato opened the event venue The Fig House. Realizing that more opportunities to expand his philosophy of hospitality were presenting themselves, Fortunato formed the Hospitality Collaborative, with an emphasis on catering, venue development, venue management and event staffing. If you would like more information on working with the Hospitality Collaborative, please feel free to contact us.
