Hospitality Insiders was created in 2020 by Maxime Blot, "Meilleur Ouvrier de France" receptionist.

The company offers two main divisions:

To support hotels and service companies that want to transform the experience of their customers through the excellence of their services. Maxime Blot offers his expertise through consulting and training services, but also coaching.

2️⃣ Education

For schools wishing to benefit from the best in terms of customer service for their students.
