Al-Haj Tofazzel Hossain was born at Tangibari of Munshigonj District in 1934. His father late Al-Haj Abdul Motaleb was a Teacher and piousman. He started his working life through joining an engineering firm in 1956. In 1958 he established Hossain automobile & fully engage in business. After 1971 liberation Hossain automobile become Hossain motors and he established Hossain spring manufacturing company ltd. He was a founder & president of Bangladesh motor parts & tyre-tube association till passed away. He permorfed the Holy haj for four times with his wife. His wife is Chairman of Hossain Spring Manufacturing Co. Ltd.
