Phil Lightbody

Phil Lightbody brings extensive experience in the hospitality industry, having served in various managerial roles across multiple companies. After leading operations at Davy's of London and Marston's PLC, Phil transitioned to area management with Stonegate Group and subsequently the Brighton Pier Group PLC. Most recently, Phil was the Group General Manager at Zerodegrees before taking on the role of Senior Account Manager at Hospitality Hunters, where responsibilities included managing temporary staffing operations and sourcing high-caliber professionals. Currently, Phil serves as a Senior Account Manager at Host Staffing.
