Heather Alexsa

Heather Alexsa is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in hotel and operations management. Currently serving as General Manager at Hosteeva since November 2025, Heather previously held various leadership roles at Sonder Inc., including General Manager for South Florida and Senior Operations Manager. Earlier positions include Director of Rooms at Trust Hospitality LLC and General Manager at IHG Hotels & Resorts, where responsibilities included managing hotel operations, optimizing revenue, and enhancing guest satisfaction. Heather began a career in hospitality at the New York Hilton Midtown and has also held management positions at Hyatt and Hampton Inn, contributing to hotel openings and staff training. Educated in Hospitality and Tourism Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, Heather has developed a well-rounded expertise in the industry.
