Monterey Hostel offers clean, safe, and memorable overnight lodging where travelers can connect with one another, share resources to reduce their impact on the planet, and experience the natural beauty of the Central Coast. We are a nonprofit lodging provider that offers private and communal lodging to school groups, families, and travelers. We are committed to making Monterey Bay more accessible. 

We are operated by HostelingOn, a 501(c)3 nonprofit on a mission to preserve and promote the hostel movement. Hostels are a more fun way to travel! They connect people of all ages and cultures so they can experience and learn about local communities through travel, shared experiences, and sustainable tourism.
