Most short-term rental property managers are paying $2,500-4,000 a month for a guest relations person who works 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, and only handles messaging.

HostFlow Engine replaces that with a system that works 24/7.

Three things happen when we switch you on:

1. Every guest is fully onboarded before they arrive. No chasing. No missing details.
2. Every message answered round the clock. Your team only steps in for escalations.
3. Every checkout documented with photos. Every departing guest offered a direct rebooking discount.

We connect to your existing PMS. Nothing gets replaced. Live in under 7 days.

Beyond guest communication, HostFlow Engine handles review management, automated owner reporting, and direct booking capture, so operators can stop losing revenue to OTA commissions and owner churn.

Built for property management companies running 30-100+ properties who need their guest operations handled properly without hiring more staff.

Based in Cape Town. Serving property managers in the UK, US, and Western Europe.
