Kit Steen, a seasoned leader and visionary, was raised in the Magic Valley, Idaho. They pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management while building a diverse career in both corporate and startup environments, holding significant roles at organizations such as Hunter Douglas Window Fashions, Somfy International, and Vacasa. Currently, Kit serves as the co-founder and CEO of Southern Idaho Dairy Lab and occupies a fractional Head of Growth position at HostGPO, while actively contributing to the Advisory Board of Sojourn Luxury in Washington, D.C. Committed to innovation and sustainable practices, Kit empowers dairy and beef farmers to achieve optimal herd health.
