In previous roles, they have worked as a Customer Service Advisor, Software Support Analyst, and Information Technology Support Engineer, developing a strong foundation in customer service and IT support. Holly has also held various positions in sales and service, showcasing a dedication to providing excellent customer experience throughout their career.
