Esteban Garcia Leaño is an accomplished professional with a background in mechanical engineering and extensive experience in product support, maintenance, and management. Currently serving as the Product Support and Training Manager at Terberg Taylor Americas LLC since August 2022, Esteban previously held various leadership positions at Bioenergy S.A.S, including Plant Mills and Industrial Maintenance Chief. As a co-founder of Spike Outdoors Equipment and G&G Industries, Esteban demonstrated a strong entrepreneurial spirit and design expertise, focusing on outdoor gear and motorcycle accessories. Esteban also gained customer service experience as a bilingual agent at Teleperformance Colombia and worked as a production engineer at ACUSTEC DE COLOMBIA S.A.S. Esteban holds a degree in mechanical engineering from Universidad de Los Andes, attained between 2013 and 2018.
