Rūta Čivilytė

Rūta Čivilytė has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Rūta started their career at Transcom in 2012, where they worked as a Logistics Coordinator, managing and coordinating activities throughout the order fulfillment and transportation cycle. From 2014 to 2017, they transitioned to the role of Quality Specialist at Transcom, where they developed and implemented quality standards and conducted training programs for new hires.

From 2017 to 2018, Rūta worked as a Training Manager at Small Planet Airlines, where they led and oversaw crew training planning activities and organized training facilities according to regulatory standards.

Next, they joined GetJet Airlines in 2018 and held the positions of Crew Training Coordinator and Crew Resources Manager. In these roles, they planned crew training activities, selected appropriate training methods, and managed the Crew Resources team.

Currently, Rūta is working at Hostinger International as a People Operations Team Lead. In this position, they lead the Global People Operations team, drives the implementation and optimization of new processes, and collaborates towards improved and more productive processes.

Rūta's work experience demonstrates their ability to lead teams, manage resources, coordinate training activities, and optimize processes to support organizational goals.

Rūta Čivilytė obtained a Professional Bachelor's degree in advertising management from the Vilnius International School of Law and Business from 2009 to 2012. Additionally, they have received various certifications such as "Train the Trainer" from Alliance4 in 2016, "Managing different generations" from DOOR Training & Consulting Baltic in 2015, and "Intro session for basic creative advertising and project management courses" from The Atomic Garden Vilnius in 2014.
