Alexandra Kurek

Alexandra Kurek has extensive experience in human resources and talent management, currently serving as the Head of Talent at Hostplus since April 2013. Alexandra has held various leadership roles at Hostplus, including Senior Manager of Talent Culture and Change, Head of Employee Experience, and Head of Human Resources. Prior to joining Hostplus, Alexandra worked at MMA Offshore from 2007 to 2013, initially as Group HR Supervisor and later as Offshore HR Manager and Organisational Development Manager. Alexandra holds a Bachelor of Business with a double major in Human Resources Management and Industrial Relations from Edith Cowan University.
