Ella Withers currently serves as the Head of Investment Risk & Compliance at Hostplus, a position held since August 2023, and is also a member of the SA-NT RMIA Chapter Executive at the Risk Management Institute of Australasia. In the past year, Ella has been associated with PwC as a Senior Manager and previously worked at KPMG in various roles, including Associate Director and Manager, from June 2018 to August 2022. Ella began a career at PwC in 2016 as a Consultant and transitioned through several positions during the tenure. Educationally, Ella earned a Bachelor's Degree in Law and Commerce with a focus on Corporate Finance from the University of Adelaide, attending from 2013 to 2017, and completed high school at Mercedes College from 2010 to 2012.
