Katherine Ng is a seasoned change management professional with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently serving as a Change Manager at Hostplus since October 2025, Katherine previously held the role of Strategic Change Lead at HESTA, where strategic transformation initiatives were designed and executed in collaboration with the Executive Leadership Team.
