Katrina Gebler is an experienced professional in quality and member services management within the superannuation and insurance sectors. Currently serving as the Quality and Assurance Manager at Hostplus since May 2022, Katrina has developed quality frameworks and leads a team focused on member service in the Adelaide Hub. Previously, as Head of Member Services at Statewide Super, Katrina managed a contact centre and branch office, driving improvements in member servicing and operational processes. With a robust background at Suncorp Group, Katrina held various leadership roles, including National Operations Manager and Contact Centre Performance Leader, overseeing teams and enhancing customer experience while managing operational efficiency. Katrina began a career in customer service management at APIA Insurance, responsible for inbound and outbound service teams. Katrina holds an Associate Diploma in General Insurance from ANZIIF.
