Mayur Taylor

Mayur Taylor is a seasoned professional in property management and development, currently serving as the Head of Residential Living at Hostplus since December 2023. Prior to this role, Mayur held the position of General Manager at ISPT from July 2014 to August 2023, overseeing Accommodation and Development & Opportunity Funds. Earlier experience includes serving as Portfolio Manager for Property and Capital at Australian Unity from March 2009 to July 2014 and working as an Analyst at Gersh Investment Partners from March 2007 to August 2008. Mayur began a career as a Certified Practising Valuer at m3property Strategists from November 2002 to March 2007. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Planning & Design and a Bachelor of Property & Construction from the University of Melbourne, and a Master of Applied Finance & Investment from Kaplan Business School (FINSIA).
