Michael O'Neil

Michael O'Neil currently serves as the Head of Operations at Hostplus, a position held since December 2021, and has also held the title of Operations Manager. Prior to this, O'Neil was the Chief Executive Officer of Frankston Football Club from November 2016 to November 2019, where additional roles included Executive Director, Football Director, and Board Member (Vice President). O'Neil's extensive experience at Superpartners from August 2001 to July 2016 included various leadership positions, such as National Manager Operational Excellence and Head of Shared Services. Early in the career, O'Neil worked as a Business Analyst at Norwich Union Navigator in 2000-2001. O'Neil earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Monash University, with studies in Management, Marketing, Economics, Accounting, and Econometrics, after completing education at John Paul College.
