Neon Shariful possesses a robust background in investment management and finance, currently serving in the Investments - Private Markets division at Hostplus, a prominent superannuation fund in Australia, since June 2023. Previously, Neon held significant roles including Director of Relationship Management for Property Finance at Westpac Group, and was involved with institutional sales at Wellington Management. As an Associate in the Investment Banking Division at Goldman Sachs and an Investment Analyst at Blue Ocean Equities, Neon cultivated a diverse skill set in financial services. Additionally, Neon is an active Board Member of AIF Future Leaders within AIF Global, which supports institutional investment policy development. Educational credentials include an Executive MBA from the University of Oxford, along with a Study Abroad Program at Harvard University and degrees in Civil Engineering and Economics from the University of Sydney.
