Ty Shattock

Ty Shattock (MAHRI) currently serves as the People and Culture Manager at Hostplus since February 2023. Previously, Ty held the position of Senior People & Capability Partner at CPB Contractors from February 2020 to December 2022, and worked as an HR Business Partner at Orica for both Australia NZ & Indonesia, alongside serving as an HR Advisor in People Services at the same company from February 2014 to June 2019. Ty's earlier experience includes roles as an HR Supply & Demand Specialist at Accenture, National Recruitment Advisor & Reporting Analyst at Orica, and various positions at Crown Resorts, including Recruitment Coordinator and Customer Relations Administration Assistant. Ty's initial role in the workforce was as Cabin Crew with Virgin Australia. Educational qualifications include a Certificate IV in Leadership & Management from Chisholm Institute and a degree in Accommodation Services from Crown College.
