Wayne Philbert

Wayne Philbert is a seasoned professional in the media and digital sectors, currently serving as Senior Manager - Digital and Media at Hostplus since August 2023. Previously, Wayne held the position of Client Partner at Initiative from August 2019 to July 2023 and served as Group Business Director at both UM WW and MediaCom Melbourne from January 2014 to August 2019 and May 2001 to December 2013, respectively. Earlier roles include Director and Head of Strategic Accounts at VNU Business Publications from 1994 to 2001. Wayne's expertise encompasses annual media negotiations, senior client management, strategy development, recruitment, training, client events organization, media planning, reporting, and selling additional services.
