Edson Gomes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in ICT and management roles. Currently serving as the Country Manager for Switzerland at Hoststar since January 2025, Edson has also held significant positions at ICT Berufsbildung Kanton Bern and Technische Fachschule Bern as a validation and exam expert in computer science and as the responsible person for internships for computer science students, respectively. Previous experience includes a Chief Operating Officer role at UCC COFFEE SWITZERLAND AG and CIO at Kern AG, where responsibilities encompassed ICT planning, operations, and technology selection. Edson began a career in ICT management and systems support at Vinzenz Meier AG and REHAU Brasil. Edson holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, multiple IT and management certifications, and is well-versed in leadership and project management.
