Dustin Waggoner

Dustin Waggoner has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Dustin began their professional journey as a Communication Technician at Prince Telecommunications from June 2005 to August 2007. Following this, they worked as a Communication Technician at Comcast Cable for a decade, starting from September 2007 until November 2017. During this time, Dustin also ventured into the hospitality industry and co-owned Brothers BBQ from 2009 to 2013. In 2017, they transitioned to Hostwinds, where they held multiple roles. Dustin served as a Frontline Support Agent/Engineer from November 2017 to September 2018. Subsequently, they took the position of Datacenter Manager at Hostwinds from September 2018 to January 2021. Currently, Dustin holds the position of Director of Operations at Hostwinds, which they assumed in January 2021. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in information technology, data center operations, and effective deployment and maintenance of hardware systems.

Dustin Waggoner completed their Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Information Technology at the University of Phoenix from 2013 to 2015. Dustin also obtained the Scrum/Agile Certified from Scrum Alliance/Solutions IQ in 2015. Additionally, they achieved the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance in September 2015. In 2017, Dustin attended Bloc for Computer Software Engineering, but the specific degree obtained is unknown.
