Edward LaBay has an extensive career in the retail sector, with over 15 years of experience at Hot Topic, where Edward has held various senior leadership roles since May 2007, including Executive Vice President of Merchandise, Marketing, Licensing, Product Development, and Design, as well as Senior Vice President and Vice President positions in merchandising.
