Eric Townsend

Eric Townsend has extensive experience in the retail real estate sector, currently serving as the Regional Director of Leasing at Hot Topic since June 2012, where significant achievements include personally negotiating over $1,000,000 in rent relief and managing lease renewal negotiations. Prior to this role, Eric worked at Wet Seal, LLC, first as a Real Estate Coordinator from June 2011 to June 2012, liaising among various departments to ensure effective deal tracking and proposals, and previously as a Lease Administrator from June 2006 to June 2009, responsible for maintaining lease files and tracking legal documents for over 600 retail locations. Eric is currently pursuing education at Golden West College, having commenced studies in 2020.
