Jesse Fischer

Jesse Fischer has a diverse work experience spanning over different industries. Jesse currently serves as an eCommerce Product Manager at Hot Topic since August 2019. Prior to that, from May 2018 to August 2019, they worked as a Product Manager at CAAegis, LLC.

From December 2015 to May 2018, Jesse held the role of Product Strategy Manager - Consultant at Toyota Motor Sales. During this time, they led a team of attorneys, negotiated contract agreements, and designed technical system requirements for the Toyota Parts & Accessories ecommerce program.

In 2014, Jesse founded and operated a cryptocurrency trading desk at Tashe LLC, achieving a first-year ROI of over 30% and raising $700k in financing. Jesse also developed a business plan and pitch deck.

Before that, from August 2013 to January 2014, Jesse worked as a Business Analyst - Consultant at DIRECTV, gathering business requirements and reconfiguring offers for moving customers. Jesse also held the position of Systems Analyst at Golf Channel from February 2012 to April 2013, where they acted as a liaison between business users and the engineering team and managed system upgrade and enhancement requests.

From November 2009 to January 2012, Jesse served as a Business/Systems Consultant at CS STARS. During their tenure, they played a vital role in new system implementations, analyzed business processes, and created custom web applications.

Jesse's early career included roles at Caterpillar Inc., where they managed process support representatives, served as a trainer and system support, and worked as an intern. Jesse facilitated learning management requests, conducted training sessions, and contributed to system upgrades.

Jesse Fischer's education history begins in 2005 when they enrolled at Bradley University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics in 2007. Jesse continued their education at Claremont Graduate University from 2007 to 2010, receiving a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Economics. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the Drucker School of Management, specializing in Finance and Strategy from 2010 to 2013.

In addition to their academic achievements, Jesse Fischer also obtained certification as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) in April 2019 from the Scrum Alliance.
